Good
Thing
coaching
You bring the courage. I meet you where you are. That is where we begin.
Most people who find their way here are not lacking insight. They are stuck and circling, lacking the conditions in which insight can turn into transformational change.
Good Thing Coaching creates those conditions. It is a future-facing thinking partnership for the space between insight and action, between who you have been and who you are becoming. It is creative, embodied, and evidence-based, while supporting safety in your aliveness and expanding your capacity for sustainable change.
My years across performing arts, entertainment, and film taught me how to stay with uncertainty, feel and process deeply, read any situation with sensitivity, improvise with agility, and turn pain into something of beauty. What I did not see until my health collapsed was how much of that had been a loving and intelligent survival strategy. My own recovery, and the diamond change I found inside it, is the foundation of everything here.
You might be thinking:
How do I show up without abandoning myself, or mistaking activation for alignment?
How do I step into my new identity after losing my entire sense of self?
How do I design a life that actually feels like mine?
If these questions are alive in you, this work is for you.
Hi, I’m Hannah.
Good Thing Coaching is offered online across Australia and beyond
What this work is
Developmental Coaching is enriched by evidence-based coaching psychology and adult development. It works with the architecture of how you make sense of your world, not just the surface of what you do within it.
The assumptions shaping how you think, create, decide, and relate feel so embedded that they seem like reality itself. In this work, they become visible. Once visible, they become movable. Once movable, they open into something new. Perspective broadens. Capacity grows. Ways of leading, creating, and relating become available that simply did not exist before.
This is coaching that transforms the whole person, not just the performance. When you grow, everything you are building grows with you.
Who this work is for
You have done real work on yourself, and you are ready for what comes next.
You might have come through something hard and be standing on the other side, wondering what to do with the rest of your life. You might know your patterns. You might be deeply self-aware and still feel like you are the obstacle. The old ways of coping still kick in before you have a chance to choose differently. There might be reactivity and stuckness. You might sense the common denominator in the friction around you and want to understand why it is happening. You might be existentially exhausted in a way that has nothing to do with how busy you are, and ready for some radical honesty about where you go from here.
The insight is there. What is missing is the integration. The self-trust and compassion that make it possible to be fully expressed without abandoning yourself to get there.
Bring your stuck places. Bring what keeps circling back. Bring the questions you have been sitting with for years. That is where the real work lives and where the most profound shifts happen.
This work is not for
People in acute crisis or who need clinical support. People who are not ready for radical responsibility. People who want to be fixed rather than met. People who want to be told what to do rather than supported to find their own direction.
This is not high-performance optimisation, productivity systems, measurable KPI outcomes, or corporate coaching culture clothed in wellness. That said, when the internal work shifts, the external results tend to follow. Performance, relationships, creative output — these are downstream of how you relate to yourself.
This is not therapy, consulting, or mentoring. I do not advise or tell you what to do. If you are unsure about what coaching is and is not, you can read more here.
It is structured, depth-oriented coaching focused on forward movement, real expansion, and growth that stays with you as you continue to evolve.
What we work on
Over three to six months, our work may focus on:
Separating true instinct from old survival patterning so your inner signals become reliable and exciting to act on
Designing creative, practical and actionable steps that align with your strengths and values
Building nervous system capacity to meet complexity, creative risk, and real pressure without losing yourself
Sharpening discernment so your decisions feel grounded, clear, and unmistakably yours
Releasing self-abandonment in work and relationships so you stop leaving yourself behind in the process of showing up for everything else
Belonging that does not require you to trade in your agency to access it
Integration is when you can feel spectacular and hold your own felt-sense of safety in your aliveness without abandoning yourself.
What becomes possible
Choices that come from clarity rather than conditioning. Stronger boundaries without becoming combative or rigid. Kinder, more honest self-talk. The ability to stay present with what is big, uncertain, and stretching. The capacity to meet complexity without losing yourself. Work and relationships that hold the essence of who you are. Forward motion that feels like real productivity. Change that reshapes how you see, how you lead, how you create and connect. Progress here looks like coming home to yourself and joyfully thriving in your aliveness.
Self-trust is not something you find; it is something you practice into existence. Showing up is the first step.
